Located on the far north coast of Australia's Northern Territory, Arnhemland is the largest and most remote Aboriginal land reserve in the country. The Lodge is located on the coast near the Aboriginal community of Maningrida, which is approximately 400 kilometres (a 60 minutes flight) to the north east of Darwin, the capital city of the Northern Territory. The comfortable lodge is situated perfectly overlooking the Liverpool and Tomkinson River Valleys. It boasts purpose-designed, large, comfortable and breezy safari cabins with spacious en suite bathrooms which offer a taste of luxury in an otherwise remote and unspoiled environment. The main lodge includes a large, kitchen/dining area, a bar and tasteful dining decor overlooking the river valley. A 96 square metre decked patio extends out over the escarpment precipice. Delightfully shaded, it provides a spectacular vista and sunset viewing while you enjoy a cool drink after a day on the water
