Bookings are transferable with sufficient notice (5 days or more) All guests must observe the rules and regulations of our hostels. It is recommended that guests do not leave their valuables or cash in their rooms. Valuables may be stored in the Hostel safes. The Hostel is not responsible for theft or loss of guest property or any injuries caused to guests or friends of guests. All guests are advised to take out their own personal and travel insurance. Arrival and check-out times: The hostel offices are open for check-in from 8:00 a.m. –12.00p.m. and from 16:30 p.m. to 21:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Free pick up from airport and Central Station is available from 7am to 19.00pm Cancellations: If you would like to make any changes in your booking please contact us, we will try to help you. Any cancellation made within a week prior to stay commencement will result in the fee equal to 1 night's rate per person. Any cancellation made within 24 hours prior to stay commencement will result in the fee equal to 2 nights rate or one night's rate in case the reservation is for one night only, per person. We reserve the right to charge full amount in case there is no cancellation notification received from the guest. Our reception desk closes at 21:00 p.m. Failure to arrive before this time will result in you being charged for the nights accommodation. Credit & Debit cards incur an extra 4% charge for payment on arrival. A valid credit or debit card (either Visa or MasterCard) must be used for the booking and must not expire before you arrive. The card must be in the name of the person making the booking.
