Description: The Jackaroo Hostel is a family run hostel. Owned and operated by best friends and brothers Robert and Jade Smith. We do this because we absolutely love it. We love to see the smile on our guests face when they return for the day. We are proud to offer all our guests a pleasant stay in a welcoming friendly and comfortable environment. Reception hours: 08:00 am - 22:30 pm Please let us know in advance if you are arriving after 22.30 pm so that we can arrange your check in. Credit cards: We accept the following credit cards (Visa and MasterCard) for payments. Cancellation policy: Cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to arrival or 100% cancellation fees apply. Bookings for 4 or more people require 7 days notice to cancel or 100% cancellation fees apply. Special event bookings policy: (23rd December – 6th January) These Terms and Conditions override any other terms and conditions that you may read on this website. Due to heavy demand for beds over Christmas & New Year (23rd December – 6th January) there is a 10 night minimum stay. Please note: All Christmas and New Years reservations must be pre-paid. When we receive your booking, your credit card will be debited the full amount plus service fee, and then we will confirm your reservation by email. This payment is non refundable & non transferrable. In the event that your credit card has been declined, that automatically cancels your booking. |
