New Year Policy: we will charge you 50% deposit on reservation, minimum stay is 10 nights, we do not accept check-ins or check-outs on 30th or 31st of December and 1st or 2nd of January. Full payment is required on or before arrival date. Cancellations are not accepted once deposit is paid. New Year covers period between 21st Dec to 7th Jan. Arrival Policy: Please indicate arrival time (eg 9:00 for 9 am and 21:00 for 9pm) please take into consideration travel time from airport (about 1 hour).If you are arriving after 8pm, you MUST contact us and arrange for a late arrival. Alternatively call us during the day and talk to us. Eviction Policy: We are fair, please respect our property and our guests so we can all enjoy a great time. We want you to have fun, but we will evict you without notice or refund if you misbehave. Internet Pricing: Internet prices are not available for in-house guests.
