'Rose Cottage' is nestled in the glorious gardens of 'Boonderoo' farm with panoramic views over Kanimbla Valley and the magnificent Blue Mountains escarpment.

Located an easy 2 hours drive from Sydney and just 15 minutes from the Blue Mountains village of Mt Victoria. The charming cottage is fully self-contained comfortably sleeping 4 - 6 people. With two light filled bedrooms one with two single beds and views to the hills and the other with a queen size bed and a private courtyard. The sofa in the lounge room converts into a comfortable double bed. All linen and towels are supplied.

The spacious lounge has a cosy woodfire [wood supplied]. A DVD TV CD player and books are all available for your entertainment.

The country style kitchen is fully equipped to suit all your culinary needs.  In addition a generous breakfast hamper including: bacon fresh free-range eggs jam marmalade fruit juice tea coffee and home made bread can be provided by prior arrangement. There is a gas barbeque on the large verandah with plenty of outdoor furniture to sit and take in the changing colours of the majestic escarpment.  As a bonus in summer the abundant fragrant roses are intoxicating.
