Description: This is a perfectly sized, owner operated business which is big enough to meet lots of different types of people & not too big to be impersonal. Rich, the owner, knows everything and will do everything to assist to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Hang out in the lounge and watch a movie on our large screen cable/Plasma TV. Cook a meal in the fully equipped modern kitchen, Bedlam Mates Place Backpackers is a Wi-Fi Hotspot with free internet access. There are Pub crawls with free beer or champagne almost every day- a great way to make new mates. Car parking is available on the street for free. Reception hours are 8am – 2pm & 5pm till midnight 7 days. You are welcome to arrive at any time if you either wait in the TV room for reception hours or give us advance notice of when you intend to arrive! Please specify arrival time! Every dorm has air-conditioning, luggage lock-up (free of charge just bring your own padlock), plus a fridge. Most have en suite bathrooms. Female only rooms are available.
