The River Retreat has a quiet rural outlook over the mature red gums on the Swan River to the Darling Range. Activities feeding animals collecting eggs bush the ponies view Aboriginal Gallery and take a nature walk. River Retreat also features the Ripping Yarns on the Riverbank and Didge after Dark shows - by appointment There are 2 and 3 bedrooms cottages. On entering your cottage you will be surprised by the spacious living area which runs the entire length of the cottage. The Kitchen is fully equipped with an under bench oven cook-top and microwave. A full set of cookware and dinnerware for six is suitable for most culinary adventures. The living area opens out onto a brick paved verandah and a perfect place for outdoor dining. The bathrooms are classic white and have a shower over each bath. Bath towels guest soap and hairdryers are all provided. The bedrooms are spacious with a queen size bed in one and 2 sets of adult size bunk beds in the other. All bed linen is provided and the rooms both have wardrobes large enough for long stay guests.
