Description: Morockdong Farm / Aussie Farm Camps Brookton is a 5000 acre wheat and sheep farm 2 hours from Perth. Guests have the chance to become involved with the everyday farm activities feeding the animals planting and harvesting of grain crops working with the sheep and sheep dogs and shearing when in season. There are a wide variety of animals on the farm - horses donkeys goats cows kangaroos emus and many birds yabbies are abundant in dams. We formulate a comprehensive programme of rural activities often ending the day with a barbeque and traditional Aussie campfire or spotlighting of native animals. Lake Mears with its surrounding nature reserve is a five minute drive away Wave Rock at Hyden is 2 hours drive away and makes an excellent day tour.
