It is a very quaint, traditional building with white walls and pretty window boxes. The Swan hotel is situated in the heart of Grasmere. Grasmere is a pretty little village which owes most of its current popularity as a tourist attraction to the fact that it was the birth place of William Wordsworth It is an excellent base for touring the lake district and offers spectacular, panoramic views of the fells. |
