In a unique move, prior to construction the developer engaged a Feng Shui surveyor to check the site and plans for suitability for the resort development. Our Feng Shui surveyor enlisted the help of local aboriginal elders, together a ceremony was held to cleanse or smudge the site. At the conclusion of the ceremony it was unanimously felt that Mango Lagoon was an auspicious location, ideally suited to healing, relaxation and rejuvenation. So the concept was born. The resort has been designed in such a way as to harness some of that healing power and provide a beautiful oasis for those who escape to join us. The Wellness Spa offers treatments ranging from massage and beauty to profound healing modalities. Fabulous contemporary food featuring macrobiotic and organic specialities is available in our restaurant. The rooms are large and airy; reception operates 24 hours a day. A Vespa scooter is available free of charge for guests to explore Palm Cove or you can take a barefoot stroll to the beaches. |
