It only takes 15 minutes to either the Melbourne's city centre or St Kilda Beach. Trams also take you to attractions such as The Botanical Gardens, Chapel Street and Bridge Road.

Rooms and bathrooms are medium in size and in fair condition. Most of the rooms are equipped with bath and shower facilities, some rooms come with shower only, no bathtub. Twin room configuration is either two king single beds, one double bed, one double bed with divan or two double beds. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available. Suits the budget conscious.
