The Lodge is an exclusive haven that boasts 12 extraordinary guestrooms, plus an intimate lounge and bar, baronial dining room, cosy library, state-of-the art meeting room plus impressive recreational facilities. These include The Dinks an 18-hole pitch and putt golf course, a 1.6 km walking track, a heated pool, a sauna, gym as well as a massage treatment room.

Tower Lodge is the only truly unique small five-star luxury hotel in the Hunter Valley region, accommodating a maximum of 24 people at any one time. This low-rise Spanish Mission-style structure is not only luxurious and visually sympathetic to the surrounding landscape - the service here is attentive and exemplary. Guests are totally pampered and provided with whatever they need, be it a tub of ice-cream at 3am or breakfast in bed.

Relaxation is the catch-cry. Guests can laze around the outdoor heated pool, enjoy a soothing massage and sauna, curl up to read a book on their Lodge Room lounge or balcony or recline in the Library with a volume or two. The Dinks is the Lodges challenging 18-hole mini putting golf course available only to guests and there is a walking track around the Estate for those that want more activity.

The lodge rooms

Radiating out from tower lodge's central courtyard along portico passageways are just 10 individually decorated lodge rooms, plus the oriental and the chairman's suite. All are furnished with antiques, treasures and collectables, rich fabrics and recycled old timbers. The rooms vary in size, but each features a bedroom area, lounge space and desk. In every room there is a music system, idd telephone, television with pay channels and dvd, plus tea and coffee making facilities - all are non-smoking.

All 9 lodge rooms have king-size beds, and the other (suitable for the disabled) provides two queen beds. All have a dressing room, large bathroom with separate shower and a deep double-spa bath.
