Hebburn's Gate was built around 1925 as the residence for the Hebburn coal mine manager. It is on 1 acre of grounds with bushland on 3 sides. Guests have access to the lounge and dining rooms as well as the grounds and fernery/BBQ areas. Facilities include air conditioning broadband internet access and Austar. The Pokolbin vineyard areas are just 15-20 minutes away with Newcastle's beaches only 40 minutes away. Hebburn's Gate is 90 minutes from the start of the F3 freeway in Sydney.
