Located in Southern Australia, 700 kms from Adelaide, Lake Eyre is once again coming to life as floodwaters from Queensland flow along usually dormant riverbeds and creeks.
In the last 2 decades, the lake has only filled up completely 3 times. The lake is normally a hostile environment for wildlife but when filled with water, Lake Eyre is amazingly transformed into Australia`s largest lake attracting pelicans, fish and camels!
