Coolum, located half way between Noosa and Maroochydore, boasts a fine sand beach, and the rocky outcrops make it the ideal spot for some sea-fishing. Mount Coolum overlooks the resort and those who make the two hour climb to the summit will be rewarded with some breathtaking views over the coast.
