Located 500 metres from the entrance to the Cradle Mountain National Park on the Cradle View property.The ultimate Tasmanian devil experience.Visitors to devils @ cradle take a journey into the mysterious world of the Tasmanian Devil, an experienced devil tour guide immerses the visitor into the amazing lifestyle of the alpine devil through thematic interpretation and high quality audio visual presentations within the interpretation facility before entering a specifically designed undercover viewing area for a close up encounter with the real thing.After Dark Feeding Tours.Utilising environmentally sensitive lighting, we focus on the social interactions and nocturnal feeding habits of these unique carnivores, allowing visitors the opportunity to view these extraordinary animals feeding up close, in an alpine wilderness environment.Day Tours.Allow people to see the animal`s daylight habits, sleeping in their dens, sunbaking or running around and also the softer side of the animal as guides generally will handle the devils, so you may get to touch one.A priority for this venture is to assist in the conservation of this now vulnerable species, ensuring this animal survives in healthy numbers in the wild.Daily entry rates:Adult/child flat rate $10.00 per person.
